Any return and refund may be made in the following cases:
- Within the legal term of retraction: the client has a legal term of 14 days from the reception of the product (of the products) to indicate the intention of return;
- In case of non-compliance with the products or services.
- In accordance with the exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal regulated in RDL 1/2007, the return of those customized products (custom) will not be accepted.
The Customer may make a return to the Company following the procedure described below.
Communicate the Reason for Return
To communicate your intention to return the devices or services within the term established in the previous section, you must send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org indicating your email, telephone, data of the products you wish to return as well as date of purchase and order number, you can also make this management via telephone at +34 965505005.
Shipping costs of the return and how process it
Once the merchandise has been received in our warehouses, and after checking the status of the same, we will proceed to the reimbursement of its amount and shipping costs, according to the payment method made by the customer, except cash payment, which will be refunded through bank transfer and, in any case, within a period not exceeding 14 calendar days from the receipt of the returned merchandise. The direct cost of the return of the good or service will be assumed by the customer as set out in the LGCUL. The expenses derived from exercising the right of withdrawal are borne by the Customer, in any case.
In addition, in case of incurring costs of disassembly or uninstallation, these will be borne by the customer.
In case of non-compliance, the costs of the return and the occasional re-shipment of the items are the responsibility of Dual Link Distribution S.L.
In this case of physical devices, a prepaid return label will be sent by email and you will not have to pay shipping costs.
A product received by the Customer will be considered non-compliant if it does not correspond to the description or the visual characteristics that are shown in the product file at the time of purchase. Likewise, a product received stained, deteriorated, with appearance of having been used, that does not work or that does not correspond to the size and / or to the model selected by the Client, will be considered as non-conforming.
Prepare the package for return
To send us the product, you must use a standard package or the original packaging. The returned product (or products) must be in the original packaging and have not been used.
